METHOD FOR RANDOMLY ACCESSING NETWORK, TERMINAL AND BASE STATION

Disclosed are a method for randomly accessing a network, a terminal and a base station, belonging to the field of Internet of things. The method comprises: when random access resources corresponding to a machine type communication (MTC) terminal are insufficient, the MTC terminal acquiring preset random access resources, wherein the preset random access resources are random access resources corresponding to the MTC terminal, or the preset random access resources are random access resources apart from the random access resources corresponding to the MTC terminal; and the MTC terminal initiating a random access process through the acquired preset random access resources. When random access resources corresponding to an MTC terminal of the present invention are insufficient, the MTC terminal initiates a random access process through the acquired preset random access resources, thereby reducing the conflict probability of randomly accessing a network and improving the resource utilization rate of random access.
