<p>Disclosed is a composition to manufacture a thin film comprising a solvent, and a plurality of particles. The particles are led as metallic salts react by itself or react with a ligand, Moreover, metal oxide and/or metal hydroxide are formed when the metallic salts react by itself or react with a ligand. The particles have a metal oxide content substantially higher than a metal hydroxide content when being heated at a temperature equal to or lower than 200°C. Moreover, disclosed is a method comprising a step of forming a reaction mixture as metallic salts are mixed with a solvent; a step of adding pH preparation to the reaction mixture; and a step of disposing the reaction mixture to a basic material. Metal oxide and metal hydroxide are formed as the metallic salts react by itself or react with a ligand, and a metal oxide content is substantially higher than a metal hydroxide content at a temperature equal to or lower than 200°C.</p> |
