<p>The present invention relates specifically to a method for manufacturing a transducer and a transducer manufactured using the method, wherein the manufacturing method performs dicing and enables stacking while a piezoelectric material is fixed on one surface of a sacrificial layer. The present invention comprises the steps of: affixing a sacrificial layer onto one surface of a piezoelectric material; forming a first slit by performing a primary dice in the piezoelectric material in a first direction; removing the sacrificial layer; forming a stacked unit by stacking a ground layer and a matching layer in order on the surface of the piezoelectric material where the sacrificial layer was removed; forming a second slit by performing a secondary dice in the stacked unit in a second direction intersecting the first direction; and filling a polymer in the second slit.</p> |
