<p>The ski boot pair has two ski boots (1) whose rigid outer shells (2) are identical, where one of the rigid shells comprises an internally inserted slipper. The slipper comprises a rigid bootboard (5) i.e. zeppa, and side walls, such that the shells of the boots are of different sizes. The slipper has a stiffness equivalent to that of expanded polyurethane in the shell, with a Shore D hardness ranging from 20 to 30. The side walls are extended half way around the perimeter of a foot at a given height or all the way around the perimeter of the foot. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a pair of ski boots.</p> |
