摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical measurement instrument which is capable of measuring characteristics of a measurement object with higher accuracy by suppressing the occurrence of torsion of an optical fiber when using the optical fiber to measure characteristics of the measurement object which is disposed along a circle.SOLUTION: An optical measurement instrument 1A measures characteristics of the measurement object disposed along a circle by using an optical fiber 40. The optical measurement instrument 1A includes a pulley 54, a pulley 74 which can rotate at a second angular velocity while revolving around the pulley 54 at a first angular velocity and the optical fiber 40 which is held by the pulley 74 and throws detecting light to the measurement object and receives reflected light from the measurement object. The first angular velocity and the second angular velocity are equal in magnitude and are in opposite directions.</p>
