PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system configured to prevent leakage of confidential information more reliably.SOLUTION: A management system includes: a data processing unit 8 which performs copy processing for copying data in a copy source to a copy destination; and a determination unit 14 which compares a first confidential level set in the copy source with a second confidential level set in the copy destination when detecting start of the copy processing, to determine whether the copy processing is executed. The first and second confidential levels include multiple kinds of confidential levels set for each of multiple kinds of attributes set based on the content of the copy source and the copy destination. The determination unit 14 determines whether the copy processing is executed on the basis of each of the multiple kinds of confidential levels.
