PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide optical fixing toner for obtaining a fixed image with satisfactory rubfastness, suppressing bonding failure between the fixed image and an adhesive, and suppressing the fixed image from being transferred when removing a portion (bonded part) bonded by the adhesive. SOLUTION: This optical fixing toner contains a polyester resin and a vinyl resin grafted with a polyolefin, as a binding resin, a coloring agent, a polyethylene wax, an infrared absorbent, and a petroleum resin, and satisfies Expression (1):η1(220)<η2(220) and Expression (2):η2(160)<η3(160), wherein "η1(220)" represents a melt viscosity of the petroleum resin at 220°C, "η2(160)" and "η2(220)" represent respectively melt viscosities of the polyethylene wax at 160°C and 220°C, and "η3(160)" represents a melt viscosity of the vinyl resin grafted with the polyolefin at 160°C.
