Proposed is a device for permitting a program. The program contains a packet header, and the device comprises a storage device, a file system, an operating system and a permission verification assembly, wherein the operating system receives a program startup command, starts up a program, and stores the packet header in the storage device for the operating system to read the packet header; and the permission verification assembly interrupts the operating system, loads the program in a random access memory for execution, and cooperates with the operating system or a remote server to conduct permission verification. After the permission verification is passed, the permission verification assembly permits the program to continue to be loaded in the random access memory for execution. |
