<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problems that there is the risk of damaging appearance design when an assist grip is provided on a seat back, and mounting on the seat of a general model is difficult in terms of costs when the assist grip is stored in a headrest so as to be withdrawn. <P>SOLUTION: The assist grip 18 is in a vertically long cylindrical shape with a bottom, has a flange 18a at the upper end opening thereof, and is molded from a sewable soft material, an elastomer, for instance. The flange is sewn to the trim cover 16a of the headrest respectively and the trim cover 16 and the pair of assist grips 18 are integrated. A sidewall at the rear part of the assist grip is projected to form a handle part 18c', left and right stays 16b of the headrest are placed on the outer side of the handle part behind the pair of assist grips whose bottom surfaces are positioned oppositely, the trim cover, the pair of assist grips and the stays are set to an integral molding die, a foaming agent is injected to the integral molding die and foam molding is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
