<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a flange forming apparatus for manufacturing flanges with various sizes using a single apparatus. To achieve the purpose, the flange forming apparatus comprises: two driving roller sets which are installed on a horizontal guide formed on a lower end of the body to face each other and include a horizontal actuator having one side fixed to the body, a driving body mounted on a horizontal actuator operation unit and moving along a horizontal guide, a hydraulic motor installed on the driving body, and a driving roller coupled to the hydraulic motor rotating shaft; a pressuring roller set which is installed on the body vertically to a connection line between the driving roller sets and includes a vertical actuator having one side fixed to the body, a pressuring body mounted on the vertical actuator operation unit and moving along the vertical guide, and a pressuring roller rotated about and fixed to the rotating shaft formed on the pressuring body; a hydraulic device generating oil pressure; a valve body which supplies the oil pressure generated in the hydraulic device to the driving roller sets and the pressuring roller set; and a control device controlling the valve body and the hydraulic device.</p> |
