<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a plate-shaped molding which can suppress warp of fibers.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a plate-shaped molding 20 formed by press-molding a plate-like material 11 comprising a thermoplastic resin and fibers 21 arranged in a prescribed direction includes: a holding step of holding one end 11A of the plate-like material 11 by a pair of clamps 51, 52 and holding the other end 11B of the plate-like material 11 by a pair of rollers 61, 62; a heating step of heating the plate-like material 11 held by the pair of clamps 51, 52 and the pair of rollers 61, 62; a pulling step of pulling the plate-like material 11 by moving the pair of rollers 61, 62 in a direction away from the pair of clamps 51, 52; and a molding step of molding the plate shaped molding 20 by press-molding the plate-like material 11, in a state where it is pulled by the pair of clamps 51, 52 and the pair of rollers 61, 62, by a pair of molding dies 40.</p> |
