本发明系有关于一种音箱及其制造方法。所述之音箱包括：一主壳体，系经由一加工成形所制成，具有一容置空间，主壳体包括二端面以及一环侧壁，环侧壁系分别往两侧延伸形成二端面，且于环侧壁上系设有至少一扬声器定位孔，系用以容置一扬声器单元，环侧壁之内侧表面形成容置空间；一顶盖，系接抵于主壳体之一端面；以及一底板，系接抵于主壳体之另一端面；其中，环侧壁之内侧表面系形成复数条肋条，使得内侧表面系一不规则表面。因此，可藉由所形成不规则表面之内侧表面使得扬声器单元于容置空间中所发出之声波反射方向改变及振幅大小下降，以降低驻波产生情况。; a top cover, arranged to connect with one end-face of the main housing; and a bottom plate, arranged to connect with another end-face of the main housing; wherein, a plurality of ribs are formed on the inner surface of the successive side-wall, so that the inner surface is an irregular surface.
