The present invention includes: a base plate; an LED module which is installed on the base plate; a plurality of heat pipes composing a heat absorbing unit which is in contact with the base plate and a heat radiating unit which is bent from the absorbing unit; a plurality of heat radiating pins which is installed in the heat radiating unit to be separated from each other; an upper bracket which is coupled with a hanger; and a stud which connects the base plate and the upper bracket. The present invention is capable of varying heat capacity in a simple work for increasing or decreasing the number of the heat radiating pins and changing components of the heat pipe and the stud.
