In its broad aspect, the invention provides a solid fuel composition including at least approximately 34.8% by volume of a coffee waste component, the coffee waste component having at most approximately 40% by weight of water, at least approximately 34.8% by volume of a wood dust component, and at least approximately 26.1% by volume of an adhesive, for binding the coffee waste component and the wood dust component together.
