The cutter installation part includes a first installation groove into which the combination body is inserted, a second installation groove extended from the first installation groove to the outside of the rotation body, and a third installation groove extended from an end of the second installation groove to an outer surface of the rotation body while having the width become bigger. A ring member having a support ring formed is installed in the combination body and the cutter is combined with the ring member. |
