The present invention relates to a horizontally continuous casting apparatus having a movable furnace body that slides the furnace body enclosing the outside of a furnace in a horizontal direction to separate the furnace body from the furnace. The horizontally continuous casting apparatus includes a base frame (160); a furnace (111) installed to the base frame (160) and receiving molten metal therein; a casting line for producing a cast product by supply of the molten metal stored in the furnace (111); a furnace body (110) enclosing the outside of the furnace (111); and a rail (150) supporting the furnace body (110) on the base frame (160) to be able to move in a horizontal direction, and transferring the furnace body (110) to a position opposite to the casting line to separate the furnace body from the furnace (111).
