The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a lenticular sheet having flexible properties, the lenticular sheet manufactured thereby, and a label manufactured using the sheet. The method to manufacture a flexible lenticular sheet of the present invention comprises: (1) a step of preparing a release paper, and forming a synthetic resin layer by applying a synthetic resin on a surface of the release paper; (2) a step of forming and drying an ink layer by applying ink to be offset printed on a front surface of the synthetic resin layer; (3) a step of offset printing on a front surface of the ink layer forming a transparent synthetic resin layer; (4) a step of forming a silicon resin layer by applying a transparent silicon resin on a front surface of the transparent synthetic resin layer, and bonding transparent silicon rubber to a front surface of the silicon resin layer; (5) a step of putting a frame of a lenticular lens on a front surface of the bonded transparent silicon rubber, and forming a lenticular lens by heating and pressurizing the same; and (6) a step of separating a label formed with the lenticular lens from the release paper after step (5), applying a hot melt adhesive on a separated surface and then hardening the same, and attaching the release paper. |
