<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for holding plural power storage elements extending in a predetermined direction. <P>SOLUTION: A power storage device (1) has a plurality of power storage elements (10) and a holder (20). The holder holds the plural power storage elements while the plural power storage elements are aligned in a plane orthogonal to a predetermined direction (X-direction). The holder has a pair of plates (21, 22) and an entry member (23). A pair of the plates have opening parts (21a, 22a) that are arranged in the plane orthogonal to the predetermined direction and through which each power storage element penetrates.
