The present specification relates to a post treatment drying apparatus and a post treatment drying method. The post treatment drying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a mixing tank where mixed gas is generated by mixing waste gas and hydronitrogen gas discharged from a heating furnace; a drying unit that dries a metal strip by using the heat energy of the mixed gas when the metal strip is introduced with a coating solution applied to the surface thereof; and a control unit that controls the supply temperature of the mixed gas supplied to the drying unit by controlling the flow rate of the waste gas and the hydronitrogen gas supplied to the mixing tank.
