The element i.e. clamping plate type element (1), has a portion forming a cavity (1a) subsequent to a contour of a decoupled element (3), and a contact portion (1d) for contacting with a rigid element (2). One of the elements allows an assembly (1b) and spacing (1c) subsequent to the contour of the decoupled element. An elastomer element (4) is deformed in the cavity after clamping and induces a creep. The elastomer element physically contacts with the rigid and decoupled elements.
