PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new value by displaying images from the same source in a time-division manner.

SOLUTION: A video-signal processing apparatus includes a video-signal input unit 10 to which a video signal constituting an image formed of a plurality of frames is input; a time-division output unit 20 for outputting, in a time-division manner, n-images corresponding to the plurality of frames while the phases are shifted; signal processing units 30 for individually performing image quality adjustment on the n-images output from the time-division output unit 20; remote controllers 60 through which adjustment values of the image quality adjustment performed by the signal processing units 30 are input; and projectors 40 for outputting images that have been subjected to the image quality adjustment.
