The present invention relates to a health management system using a network and a method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: a first step (S110) in which a service server (150) produces formation data for users and formation data for experts, to induce users to lead a health life through constant management and exercise for those who have a cancer, high blood pressure, or diabetes; a second step (S120) in which a user terminal (110) receives the formation data for users and receives an input value from a user to transmit the same to the service server (150); a third step (S130) in which an expert terminal (120) receives formation data for experts and transmits an input value received by the expert to the service server (150); a forth step (S140) in which the expert terminal (120) receives data performed in the second step (S120) from the service server (150) and produces exercise management information based on the same and transmit the exercise management information to the service server (150); a fifth step of (S150) in which the user terminal (110) receives the exercise management information produced in the fourth step (S140) from the service server (150), receives the amount of movement and health state information from the user and transmits the same to the service server (150); and a sixth step in which the expert terminal (120) corrects the exercise management information based on the amount of movement and health state information transmitted from the fifth step (S150) and transmits the same to the service server (150). |
