The present invention relates to a dielectric composition comprising polypropylene and a combination of bothα-nucleating agent andβ-nucleating agent, wherein the total amount of the a-nucleating agent and theβ-nucleating agent is from 0.35 wt% to 5.0 wt%, preferably 0.40 wt% to 3.0 wt% and most preferably 0.5 wt% to 1.0 wt%, based on the total weight of the dielectric composition, and the weight ratio of theα-nucleating agent to theβ-nucleating agent is ranging from 4:1 to 1:4. The present invention also relates to a use of the dielectric composition in preparation of dielectric articles.
