PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input management device of fillers in an underwater structure, capable of equally inputting the fillers to input parts in the underwater structure having a plurality of input parts. SOLUTION: The input management device of the fillers includes: an input part display part provided corresponding to an input part 6 of the underwater structure; a partition wall display part provided corresponding to a partition wall 5 of the underwater structure; a height display part for displaying a height of the filler at the input part 6 by an input amount determined by a grab bucket of a self propelling grab hopper barge 16; and a height difference display part for displaying a height difference of the fillers at the input parts 6 and 6 adjacent to each other across the partition wall 5. Thus, when the filler is inputted to the input part 6 by the grab bucket, the height of the filler and the height difference of the fillers between the input parts 6 and 6 adjacent to each other are displayed, and by performing input work on the basis of the display, the uniform input work is performed without adversely affecting the partition wall 5 by the height difference of the fillers at the input parts 6 and 6 adjacent to each other.
