The present invention provides a mobile terminal connected to one or more wearable devices. The mobile terminal comprises: a message detecting unit, used for detecting whether a specified-type communication message exists in the mobile terminal; and a message transmitting unit, used for sending the specified-type communication message detected by the message detecting unit to the at least one wearable device, so that the wearable device receiving the specified-type communication message responds. The present invention also provides a wearable device and a communication message processing method. By using the technical solutions of the present invention, a communication message received by a mobile terminal can be directly responded on a wearable device, so that security of the communication message and convenience of reception of the communication message are improved in a case in which the mobile terminal is far away from a user or is lent, thereby improving user experience.
