Provided are a light emitting display device and a method for manufacturing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a light emitting display device includes: a display substrate including a pixel area and a non-pixel area; an encapsulation member arranged on an upper part of the display substrate; and a destructive interference part which is arranged on the encapsulation member, and includes a light transmission part corresponding to the pixel area and a light blocking part corresponding to the non-pixel area.
