<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a novel geometric oxide compact.SOLUTION: In a production method of a geometric oxide compact, a charging chamber is arranged in a metal mold bore that is guided from an upper part to a lower side by a perpendicular bore axis B through a die material, while a position of a lower part punch is maintained, an upper part punch is lowered, an axial direction starting distance A of two edge faces is reduced along the bore axis B to a prescribed axial direction end distance E for compaction, the upper punch is raised from a formed geometric molding precursor after the compaction, the lower part punch is raised thereby the geometric molding precursor is removed from the metal mold bore, the charging chamber is separated at least by an inner wall or the like of the metal mold bore, further, while at least one gaseous compound is formed, at least one part of a component of the molding precursor is decomposed, an oxide geometric compact is formed, and the die material is a hard metal that comprises 80 mass% or more of rigid material tungsten carbide and at least 5 mass% of metal property binder nickel.</p> |
