Disclosed are an organic light emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate, an inorganic layer formed on the upper surface of the substrate, a display part which is located on the inorganic layer and has organic light emitting diodes to display an image, a thin film encapsulating layer which covers the display part in the edge of the inorganic layer, and a polarization film attached onto the thin film encapsulating layer and the inorganic layer of the outside of the thin film encapsulating layer. |
