PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which is a movable and portable apparatus used by carrying to a site for production of hydrogen-containing water to produce hydrogen-containing water and allows grasping the position of the apparatus within a container which it is put in.SOLUTION: A hydrogen-containing water production apparatus 100 is for production of hydrogen-containing water and includes: electrodes 10 for production of hydrogen-containing water which include a positive electrode 11 consisting of a cylindrical conductor and having a plurality of openings in the side part, an insulator 13 arranged in the outer peripheral part of the positive electrode 11 and a negative electrode 12 arranged in the outer peripheral part of the insulator 13, consisting of a cylindrical conductor and having plurality of openings in the side part; and an emitter 110 provided at the position of the electrodes 10 for production of hydrogen-containing water. The emitter 110 is wound spirally around the outer side of the negative electrode 12 so as to be directed in the longitudinal direction of the negative electrode 12.
