<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stretch a film while suppressing fluctuation of optical properties in a width direction. <P>SOLUTION: A clip tenter 17 has a casing 42 and a tenter body arranged in the casing 42. The casing 42 is partitioned to a preheating area 42AA, a width enlarging area 42AB, a thermally alleviating area 42AC, and a cooling area 42AD in this order from the upstream side of a conveying direction of a film 13. The tenter body has a clip for grasping ear parts of the film 13, a clip moving mechanism for moving the clip along a clip conveying path 42R, and an air conditioner. The air conditioner has an air conditioner 55a for preheating arranged in the preheating area 42AA. The air conditioner 55A for preheating has a gas discharging machine 56 for preheating for sending out overheated steam to the conveying path 42R, a gas discharging machine 57 for discharging the overheated steam present in the conveying path 42R, and a gas supplying machine 58 for supplying the overheated steam 60 to the gas discharging machine 56 for preheating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
