Provided is a method for manufacturing blended cotton using paper mulberry fiber as a main material. The provided method for manufacturing blended cotton manufactures blended cotton using natural fiber, wherein paper mulberry fiber with various functionalities and one among cotton fiber, wool fiber, silk fiber and hemp fiber are applied, or using synthetic fiber selected from the group consisting of thermoplastic olefinic elastomer (TPO) fiber, thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) fiber and polyurethane (PU) fiber. The quality of a product is improved as light weight, absorbing and drying functions, and antimicrobial and ultraviolet radiation blocking properties, which are the characteristics of the main material of paper mulberry fiber, are reflected on a product using the blended cotton.
