PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and improved connector between two apparatuses for food production.SOLUTION: The connector for data transmission at an interface between two apparatuses for food production, mainly meat and sausage production, includes: a first connecting element 2a connectable to the first apparatus 10a and having at least one first data transmission part 3a; and a second connecting element 2b connectable to the second apparatus 10b and having at least one second data transmission part 3b. The first data transmission part 3a is galvanically isolated from the second data transmission part 3b, so that data transmission from the first connecting element 2a to the second connecting element 2b is effected in a galvanically isolated manner. |
