PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve low temperature fixability, blocking resistance and printing durability of a toner and to provide a binder resin comprising a polyglycerol fatty acid ester for improving low temperature fixability, blocking resistance and printing durability and to provide a toner which contains the binder resin and is excellent in low temperature fixability, hot-offset resistance, blocking resistance and printing durability. SOLUTION: A toner is improved in low temperature fixability, hot-offset resistance, blocking resistance and printing durability by blending a polyglycerol fatty acid ester composed of a polyglycerin in which the total of the triglycerin concentration and the tetragylycerin concentration is 50 wt.% or more and each concentration of triglycerin and tetraglycerin is in the range of 10 to 70 wt.% and a saturated fatty acid having 16 to 22 carbon atoms with the toner.
