<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning sheet that can keep a pH of skin acidulous even after a chemical has been transferred to the skin. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning sheet includes organic acid, organic acid salt, and moisturing component so that the chemical whose pH is 5.0 to 6.0 is supported by a sheet of base paper like tissue paper. It is preferred that the acid dissociation constant of the organic acid and organic acid salt in the chemical should be 3.0 to 6.0.
