An overcurrent shut-off device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a switch unit which is turned on by a pressure which is caused by a swelling phenomenon which is shown on a secondary battery by being connected between both ends of the secondary battery; and a fusing unit which shuts off a current which flows in the secondary battery by being broken in case the switching unit is turned on as a component which is installed on the path of a current which flows in the secondary battery. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the safety of a secondary battery use can be obtained by enabling an overcurrent to be shut off by quickly breaking a connecting component which is installed on the path of a current which flows in the secondary battery by being turned on by the swelling phenomenon of the secondary battery caused by a short circuit.
