<p>The present invention relates to a spreadsheet editing apparatus having a slide function. More specifically, the spreadsheet editing apparatus displays cell display information in a placement area of a slide selected by a user using the cell display information included in a cell area selectively specified by the user to automatically create a slide using resources within a spreadsheet originally used, thereby creating and distributing presentation or print data very conveniently and improving display efficiency. The spreadsheet editing apparatus enables a user to specify a cell area selectively and freely within a single spreadsheet or a plurality of spreadsheets to create a slide to enable the placement of the selected cell area and the editing of the slide, thereby improving the convenience of creation and distribution of presentation or print data. A plurality of slides provide spreadsheets, and a user interface arranged on one among top, bottom, right and left sides in the form of a preview within a single screen, and thus a cell-based spreadsheet apparatus can perform the placement and editing of a cell area specified by a user and slide content corresponding to the specified cell area while comparing the arrangement and editing with a spreadsheet editing job at the same time. The spreadsheet editing apparatus is configured to create a slide, of which the editing is free, using the cell display information of an original document, thereby easily making a secondary document based on the content of the original document even in the spreadsheet editing apparatus, in which the use of a clipboard is limited, as the spreadsheet editing apparatus is operated on the basis of a web browser.</p> |
