Disclosed is an electrodeless light source device using microwaves. The electrodeless light source device according to an aspect of the present invention comprises an electrodeless lamp which is lightened by microwaves; a microwave generator which generates microwaves; and a cavity which receives the electrodeless lamp therein and allows the microwaves generated from the microwave generator to be coupled. The electrodeless lamp uses microwaves in two or more peak points which have maximum electric fields in the cavity.
