PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the user of a terminal, when given a certain set of data, to quickly and readily find a set similar (or related) to the set out of sets of data the user has so far come across.SOLUTION: When a set of data (for instance news data) is delivered to a user terminal, the data is displayed on a display screen 500 of the terminal. Identifying information for identifying sets of data this user has so far come across is stored separately. In accordance with a prescribed instruction from the user terminal regarding the delivered data (for instance an instruction to press the Recall button), sets of data similar to the sets of data covered by the prescribed instruction out of the sets of data the user has so far come across are searched. These searched sets of data are transmitted to and displayed on the user terminal. |
