PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation member that can preferably maintain an internal temperature of an article constant at a desired temperature when it is used for the article, and to provide an article using the same.SOLUTION: The heat insulation member 10 includes: a heat insulation material 1; and a graphite sheet 2 disposed on one surface of the heat insulation material. The article 100 is disposed with the heat insulation member at least in the part thereof. A cloth material 3, a heat storage layer 4, or a cool storage layer is disposed between the heat insulation material and the graphite sheet. |
