According to an aspect of the present invention, the scroll control method for a terminal includes: a touch signal receiving step of receiving a touch signal inputted by a user; a jump scroll event determination step of determining whether a jump scroll event occurs or not based on the received touch signal; and a document moving step of moving to a position among pre-designated points within the document based on the determination result.
