PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste composition for a solar cell capable of more improving an FF value or output characteristics.SOLUTION: A light-receiving surface electrode is formed by fire-through using thick silver paste containing composite particles to which TeOis fixed in glass powder, such that the quantity of Ag dissolved in glass is increased by the presence of Te. Further, TeOis fixed on a surface of a glass flit for thickness of one particle layer by a mechanochemical method, such that Te compound particles are accumulated on the surface of the glass flit from paste preparation to melting of glass by applying calcination processing. Therefore, a ratio of Te contributed to increase the quantity of Ag dissolved in glass in the case of fire-through is increased, such that ohmic contact can be ensured by sufficiently increasing the quantity of Ag dissolved in glass while accumulating Te at a degree of allowing corrosion inhibitory action. Thus, electric characteristics such as an FF value or output characteristics can be improved. |
