The present invention provides an aqueous composition in which a vehicle and drops of oil are present together in stable fashion, characterized in that the aqueous composition contains (a) an amphiphilic compound, (b) water, and (c) oil, a vehicle formed by component (a) and oil drops containing component (c) being present within component (b). The present invention further provides a double-layered composition containing a) an amphiphilic compound, (b) water, and (c) oil, characterized in that the double-layered composition comprises an aqueous layer within which a vehicle formed by component (a) is present, and an oil layer containing component (c). |
