PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a three-dimensional structure closer to a solid object indicated by mesh model data.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a three-dimensional structure includes: a segmentation step for inputting three-dimensional (3D) mesh model data obtained by expressing a virtual solid object expressed in a three-dimensional space with a plurality of mesh elements to be polygons on a two-dimensional plane and creating a plurality of 3D segments each of which is an aggregate of a plurality of mesh elements and a part of the solid object corresponding to each assembly member on the basis of the inputted 3D mesh model data; a band-like division step for dividing the 3D segments into a plurality of 3D band-like areas, changing positions of a plurality of mesh elements so that all normal vectors of the plurality of mesh elements included in the divided 3D band-like areas are the same and converting the 3D band-like areas into 2D band-like areas; and a combination step for creating 2D segments by combining the 2D band-like areas in accordance with positional relation of the solid object on the basis of the 3D mesh model data.
