PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductor built-in component capable of being downsized and thinned and obtaining sufficient inductance.SOLUTION: An inductor built-in component 70 includes a plurality of columnar outside penetrating metal parts 78A composed of a magnetic material so as to surround an outside of a planar coil 75. A columnar inside penetrating metal parts 78B are also provided at an inner side of the planar coil 75. By providing a first metal layer 72 and a second metal layer 77 composed of a magnetic material at an upper part and a lower part of a layer at which the planar coil 75 is formed to surround the planar coil 75 with a magnetic material, leakage of a magnetic flux is prevented and inductance is heightened.
