The present invention relates to a composition for forming a solar cell electrode, and an electrode prepared using the same. The composition includes silver (Ag) powder; germanium-selenium alloy particles; glass frits; and organic vehicles, wherein 1 to 10% by weight of the germanium-selenium alloy particles are included with respect to the total weight of the composition. The composition of the present invention improves series resistance (Rs) by improving contact between the composition for forming a solar cell electrode and a wafer by introducing the germanium-selenium based alloy particles. The conversion efficiency of a solar cell electrode prepared using the composition is improved. |
