A wind turbine component (2) is connected to a water pressure harvesting device (3) and driven by the wind turbine device (2). The water pressure device (3) is mounted to the sea floor (5) and held by the wind turbine support column (7. The water pressure harvesting device (3) has many water vessels (8) connected to it by support struts (10). As the water vessels (8) reach the surface (4) they are in the open position (19) and capture water. As they descend, the piston door (22) closes and captures low pressure water. On reaching the turbine housing (13) the water vessel (8) connects to the opening device (18) and allows the pressure deferential from outside the piston door (22) to force the piston door to plunge the low pressure water through (12) the open/close valve in the chamber (19) to turn the turbine (14) and pass through the one-way valve assembly. <Figure 1> |
