<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate training of respiration. <P>SOLUTION: A living body determination apparatus 1 includes: a first storage part 120 for storing training menus for training the respiration and clear conditions by each class fixed in response to respiration capabilities; and a bioelectrical impedance determination part 200 for determining the bioelectrical impedance of a specified portion of a human subject. A CPU 170 controls the bioelectrical impedance determination part 200 to determine the bioelectrical impedance of a body trunk of a human subject and to detect the respiration capability of the human subject, on the basis of a measurement result. Besides, the CPU 170 specifies the class corresponding to the respiration capability of the human subject with referring to the first storage part 120, and performs processing to train the respiration of the human subject, on the basis of the training menu corresponding to the specified class.
