An arm extending from the first hull to the second hull where the arm is coupled to a power take off module in the second hull for transferring relative motion between the second hull and the arm into electrical energy. A second arm extending from the second hull to the third hull. The second arm coupled to another power take off device in the third hull for transferring relative motion between the third hull and the second arm into electrical energy.
