A body (2) extends between a component mounting part (14) and a heat transfer part (16). A fluid circulation path (10, 12) is defined in the body, and a pump chamber (24) is provided in the fluid circulation path. A pump impeller (26) is provided in the pump chamber (24) for driving fluid around the fluid circulation path, which may be driven by a magnetic coupling to magnetic drive (54). The body may define a closed housing including the fluid circulation path and the pump housing so that fluid remains within the body as it circulates around the fluid circulation path. A drive unit (50) driving magnetic drive (54) may be removed without interfering with the seal of the fluid circulation path. |
