Device for connecting enclosed electrophoretic system to mass spectrometer

In the present invention, there is disclosed a device for multiple-column capillary electrophoresis with hydro dynamically closed columns, proportioning device and scrubbing block for transportation of separated substances into a mass spectrometer interface. The device consists of separation columns (C), (a first and a second ones), a dosing device (D) with a bypass block (O) and a semipermeable membrane (M), a first, a second and a terminal electrolyte tanks (LE1), (LE2) and (TE) separated by the semipermeable membranes (M) from the separation columns (C1) a (C2) and the scrubbing block (SB). For electrophoretic separation, the device is assembled in a single or multiple column system with a possibility to discharge the separated zones into a mass spectrometer interface.
